EASY TO ASSEMBLE
COVERBOX is supplied in an assembly kit including the basic equipment for fixing it to the ground and tightening the bolts.
Assembly is done without welding or drilling, using high-strength ø 8 mm galvanised bolts.
Estimated time required for assembly is 3 hours (2 pers.) for the structure and 1 hour (3 pers.) for the cover.

In addition, with the revolutionary KIT NO PROBLEM, you will benefit from a structure that has no ground constraints whatsoever and therefore does not require any permits. In the download section you will find the documentation for any permit application at your municipality.
QUALITY COVERAGE
For the COVERAGE we use a high quality 620 g/m2 pvc sheet with an 8×8 weave, available in several colours and with a 10-year UV resistance guarantee.

RESISTANT
COVERBOX is designed as a multi-purpose COVERAGE and calculated to withstand both snow load and wind action.
The entire structure is made of galvanised iron and is guaranteed for 10 years. The main arches are made of ø 60 x 2 mm tube, while the 5 connecting beams and the 2 tensioning lines are made of ø 30 x 1.2 mm tube.
The 4 bracings, very important elements for stability, are made of 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm tubing.
MODULAR
The arches are positioned every 2.00 m and are all the same, while the height at the ridge of the 4 COVERBOX models varies from a maximum of 3.90 m to 2.40 m, which allows us to customise the height and length of the structure according to the customer’s needs.

DIRECTLY AT HOME
The COVERBOX structure has been specially designed to allow it to be shipped in a single pallet measuring 80*120*210 cm. This makes it possible to ship it throughout Italy at decidedly low costs.
